Inspire 不沾黏活動底深型圓形蛋糕模

Baked a deep quiche in this and the heavy gauge steel really held the heat evenly, no burnt edges. The loose base popped free without any wrestling, which is rare for a tin this deep.

The loose base popped out cleanly after my first bake, which made removing the cake effortless. The heavy gauge carbon steel really does distribute heat evenly, giving me a perfectly golden sponge every time.

I’ve been using this tin for dense fruitcakes, and the loose base makes unmolding them so much easier than my old pans. The deep sides give me plenty of room for tall layers without overflow, and the non-stick coating releases cleanly every time.
