I was pleasantly surprised at how easily the brownies slid right out of this tin—the CushionSmart non-stick coating really works. The heavy gauge steel feels sturdy and heats so evenly that my first batch came out perfectly golden.

The non-stick surface really does live up to the hype—my brownies slid out with zero effort and barely any cleanup. Only gripe is the tin's a bit heavy to lift when full, but the even heat distribution made for perfectly fudgy corners all around.

The heavy gauge carbon steel heats evenly—my last batch had no burnt edges for once. The non-stick coating released each brownie cleanly with just a quick wipe down. Only wish it came with a lid for storage.
