陶瓷不沾平底鍋

I was surprised how evenly it heats for something so lightweight — no more burnt edges on my pancakes. Cleanup takes about ten seconds with just a paper towel, which makes weeknight dinners way less annoying.

Eggs slide right off this thing without a drop of oil, and the even heat means my omelettes actually cook through instead of burning at the edges. I'm honestly surprised how nice it looks on the stove, too, like it belongs in a fancier kitchen than mine.

I've been using this pan for a few weeks now and the even heat distribution makes sautéing vegetables so much more consistent than my old pans. The ceramic surface really does make food release easy—I barely need any oil for scrambled eggs.
